About the event
Learn how to escape the cycle of traditional "dieting" and instead enjoy the process of improving your health! By embracing whole foods and learning to build new habits in a strategic way, you can tackle whatever your health goals are: manage weight, prevent disease, increase energy, and more!
Sessions will be a combination of goal setting and habit formation, mini-lessons, resources, accountability, and support.
