“Be Well Together” is a good fit for you if:
- - You have some healthy habits in place or goals you’re working on, but could use weekly accountability. You know what you’d LIKE to be doing, but are having trouble following through.
- - You thrive in a community - it’s reassuring to know that others share in your struggles, and encouraging to have their celebration of your wins!
- - The fall/pre-holiday season feels like the right time to get consistent and solid in your nutrition & daily self-care habits in order to stay “on track” with your health goals.
- Group members will have access to a private Facebook group to ask questions, post updates, respond to prompts, share resources, and more between calls.
BONUS: Group members will get access to a bank of recorded specialty workshops, with these topics: Balanced Meals Made Easy, Building Portion Awareness without Portion Control, Combating Cravings, Incorporating More Plant-Based Proteins, & It’s Nobody Else’s Business What’s On Your Plate!
