This event is included with June membership to "Be Well Together" but open to everyone! If you've been hearing about the benefits of plant-based diets but aren't really sure what to eat, or how to make sure you're getting the nutrients you need, this is for you!

We'll discuss:

  • protein requirements & the benefits of plant sources,
  • plant-based foods that are high in protein,
  • how to build balanced plant-based meals easily
  • how to swap plant-based protein sources in your fav meals!
