Open to students entering 4th-6th grades
Wednesdays July 5th - August 9th, 9-10am
Program includes:
- activities to build a foundation of healthy habits & self-awareness
- stories about feelings & mindfulness
- breathing & movement
Program is run by Stephanie Genco, certified Elementary Teacher & Wellness Coach
