This event is included with a July membership to "Be Well Together" but open to everyone! If you've ever struggled with either a) not understanding how much of different foods to include in a meal, or b) feeling limited/restricted by the portion size on the package, then this workshop is for you!
- why diets based around restriction are unsuccessful long-term
- why portion awareness is a useful tool for building healthy eating habits
- what "standard serving sizes" are and how to use that info in creating meals
- easy strategies for being aware of what you're consuming
- your other portion-related questions!
