About the event
This special group for 5, 6, & 7 year olds will explore how our bodies move, how we breathe, emotions, mindfulness, and social skills. We will build a foundation for self-awareness and small habits that support our health & well-being in fun ways!
Classes will be Wednesdays from 9:00-10:00am from July 7th to August 10th.
Wellness Activity Hour will include activities such as:
- a wellness-themed story & discussion
- songs & movementÂ
- hands-on activities
- beginner yoga
- simple breathing exercises
A discount is offered for families with multiple children.
Please bring a blanket or yoga mats to sit on and wear clothes comfortable to move in.
Wellness Activity Hour is hosted by Miss Steph, former Early Childhood/Childhood Teacher turned Wellness Coach.
