About the event
Enjoy an hour with your child or children (2 & 3 year olds) exploring how our bodies move, how we breathe, simple emotions, and social skills. We will begin to lay the foundation for self-awareness and small habits that support our health & well-being.
Wellness Circle Time will include activities such as:
- a wellness-themed story
- developmentally appropriate songs & movement
- yoga poses for parent & child to practice together
- simple breathing exercises (toddler style!)
Families with multiple children are welcome!
Please bring a blanket or yoga mats to sit on and wear clothes comfortable to move in.
Wellness Circle Time is hosted by Miss Steph, former Early Childhood Teacher turned Wellness Coach.
