We believe in keeping healthy habits simple, sustainable, and dare we say... FUN?!

For this challenge, you don't need anything special - just yourself, maybe a quick trip to the grocery store, library, or Amazon, & a positive attitude!

Each day will have 3 SIMPLE tasks to complete to start creating healthier diet, exercise, and lifestyle habits. (There will also be a BONUS activity, if you're up for a bit more.)

When you complete ANY of the items, snap a pic & tag your hosts (@bewellwithstph_ & @basicallybaker) to be entered to win a prize at the end of the week. You don't *have* to take pics, but it's the only way we can see & count your participation - especially for those bonuses! Each post is an additional entry.

And real quick: We know you out there (we see you mamas, teachers, and overwhelmed women of ALL kinds) so the point isn't to give you "more to do;" it's to help you making taking care of your SELF a little bit easier & a little more joyful.
