Service Description
Use the app Voxer (as easy as texting, but cooler) to text, send voice memos, send photos, etc. I can give personalized 1:1 encouragement, accountability, advice, tips, resources, etc. and answer all your questions as you work on healthy habits throughout the day! ***When book, you'll select the day/time you'd like your 30 days to begin!*** *You must have worked with Steph already to utilize virtual support. If this is a new relationship, please schedule a 60-minute session first. After that, you're welcome to book virtual support or mini sessions! If you are uncertain which option is best for you, please email steph@bewellwithsteph.com*
