Service Description
These sessions are tailored to help you meet your goals. Prior to your first appointment, you will be asked to complete at online questionnaire and keep three days of food journals (if nutrition is your focus). *Please be sure, when making your first appointment, that you allow sufficient time to complete these things.* Sessions may then include (but are not limited to) a variety of the following: setting goals and manageable action steps; review of food logs and goal progression; accountability checks and motivation techniques; education in nutrition guidelines, whole foods, and disease prevention; and suggestions for meal planning, preparing, and shopping.
Cancellation Policy
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will still be charged.
