We also have super busy schedules. And there seems to be this badge of honor that comes with being busy or being the most exhausted. But it often leaves us feeling like we don't have enough time or energy to prioritize our well being. Does this ever feel like you? The truth is though, that investing in our health is one of the most important things that we can do for ourselves and it does not have to be a struggle.
