Breakfast Berry Smoothie (Bowl)

Smoothies are such a great way to get a huge serving of so many nutrients right in the beginning of your day. Plus, I always find when I start my day off eating something healthy, I'm soo much more likely to keep it going all day long. Blend it up & take it on the go, or pour it into a bowl with toppings for even more goodness!




  1. 1 tsp chia seeds

  2. 1/2 c frozen berries

  3. 1/4 c frozen mango chunks

  4. 1 frozen banana 1 scoop KOS love you berry much

  5. ½ cup water, oat milk, or coconut water!

Blend and enjoy, or make it a bowl & top it with..

  1. (Literally anything you want)

  2. Sliced almonds

  3. More chia seeds (or flax seeds, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds...)

  4. Peanut butter

  5. Frozen berries

  6. Granola

  7. The list goes on!
