This is made with kiwi slices, blueberries, coconut yogurt & almond milk - but you can substitute any of those! Get creative & try out a few different mixtures!
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 1/4 cups almond milk, or any non dairy milk of choice
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons coconut yogurt
1/2 c. frozen blueberries
Step 1: Let’s Get Started
In a bowl, mix together chia seeds & plant-based milk. Stir for one minute, mix in vanilla extract. Let the mixture sit for about 30 mins or until it has thickened, option to also do this the night before!
Step 2: Add toppings!
Top with coconut yogurt and sliced kiwi berries or other berry topping of choice. Enjoy!
