Out-of-the-box ways a Wellness & Nutrition Coach can support your health!

A lot of times, people think Wellness is just meal plans & exercise goals... and, that could be a part of it! But there are also some surprising ways I've been able to support clients that have made BIG impacts on their quality of life - and I want to take a few minutes to share those with you.

Maybe you'll see yourself in one of their stories. Maybe it will make you think about an area of your life that could use a supportive hand. Maybe it will just help you see "wellness" a little more broadly!


Four surprises you could find while working with a Wellness & Nutrition Coach....

  1. Navigating info from your doctor: Your doctor gave you dietary guidelines or nutrition recommendations, but you don’t know how to implement them in your actual life. Let me be clear: I cannot diagnose, prescribe, or treat… but if your doctor has given you some recommendations, and now you’re just trying to figure out what the heck to actually do to follow their recommendations… THAT I can help with! Some Examples:

    1. Low-fat for gallbladder complications

    2. Low glycemic index meals to combat gestational diabetes

    3. Increasing fiber to improve gut & digestive health

    4. Balancing carbs w/ fiber, fat, and protein for PolyCystic Ovary Syndrome

    5. Figuring out how to lose weight when Dr. recommends it

  2. Morning routines: You WANT to have a morning routine, you WANT to be an early bird, you see aesthetically gorgeous tik-toks of morning routines and wonder what the heck these people do for a living?! Maybe you've even googled “morning routines of effective people” but see 17 steps and it just feels like another to-do list of impossible things. YES morning routine is important, but NO it doesn't have to be like that! One of my favorite things to do is help clients create morning routines that they truly love and truly set them up for a more peaceful, intentional day.

  3. Mindset shifts: Is your mind getting in the way of making healthy changes? You might not even know the answer to that right now, and that's okay! Personally I have noticed when working with clients that:

    1. Sometimes you just need to talk. And, sometimes we...

    2. Reflect on your wins - wiring your brain for success

    3. Make mental shifts to work in more manageable ways, take smaller steps, being more strategic in the actions we work on.
